Justyna Ventrella

Justyna Ventrella is a knowledgeable professional in data governance and analytics with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Data Governance Analyst in the Enterprise Data Office at Franklin Templeton since August 2020, Justyna previously held multiple leadership roles at Legg Mason, which was acquired by Franklin Templeton, from June 2008 to July 2020, including Vice President positions in both Global Data Solutions and Client Data Management & Analytics, as well as an AVP role in Strategic Business Development. Justyna is furthering expertise in data science by pursuing a Master's degree at Northwestern University, expected to be completed in 2025, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University in 2008.
