Maria Diaz, PHR, is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 1998, Maria has served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Franklin Templeton Investments, where responsibilities include overseeing recruiting practices and operational activities related to Futures Associate recruiting and college programs. Prior roles at Franklin Templeton include Team Lead, Sr. HR Recruiter, and HR Recruiter, focusing on U.S. Retail sales and various international hiring initiatives.
