Adriana Cinfio has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Adriana started their career at Allstate Construction in 2007, where they served as an Executive Coordinator responsible for conducting audits and managing contracts. In 2008, they joined John Muir Health as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to Nursing Directors and assisting in the design and publication of the nursing annual report.

From 2011 to 2016, Adriana worked at NorthBay Healthcare as a Program Manager, focusing on patient safety and accreditation. Their responsibilities included collecting and analyzing data related to quality and risk events, implementing risk event reporting software, and conducting root cause analyses.
