Ashley Lupinacci, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Beginning in 2011, Ashley worked as a Senior Stylist, specializing in service and product sales, at Everlastings Organic Salon and Spa. In 2015, Ashley gained experience in management through an internship at Purdue University. From 2016 to 2017, Ashley served as a Manager of Career Success and Recruiting at Lincoln Tech. Ashley then worked as an Educational Assistant at Gateway Community College from 2011 to 2013.
Continuing their career in education, Ashley joined Post University in 2017, where they served as the Manager of Student Success and Retention and later as an Associate Faculty member until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Ashley held the position of Head of Student Affairs at District Arts + Edu (DAE).
In 2021, Ashley joined Revolution Prep as a Partnership Manager, focusing on the Northeast region, before transitioning to the role of Client Partner in PreK-12 Education at FranklinCovey in 2022. In this role, Ashley is responsible for providing training, coaching, materials, and culture-transformation processes to schools, integrating principles of leadership and effectiveness into the curriculum, empowering faculty and staff members, and preparing students for future success.

Ashley began their post-secondary education at North Haven Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2008 and 2009, where they studied Cosmetology/Cosmetologist. Following this, they enrolled in Gateway Community College from 2011 to 2013, earning an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. In 2013, Ashley transferred to the University of Connecticut and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science & Psychology. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management at Post University from 2017 to 2019.
