Danielle L. Lucido, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Danielle L. is currently an Enterprise Client Partner at FranklinCovey, where they focus on transforming organizations by developing exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures. In their previous role as a Leadership Consultant at Lucido Consulting LLC, they provided business advisory, executive coaching, and strategy services. Danielle L. also delivered training courses for leadership assessments and facilitated the Women in Leadership Institute. Before that, at Linkage, Inc., Danielle held various revenue-driving roles and spearheaded a strategy shift in talent resourcing. As the Executive Director of Empire Education Group, they demonstrated strong executive leadership skills, improving student placement rates and preventing a revenue-generating location from closing. Early in their career, Danielle worked as a Mastermind Facilitator & Executive Coach at Synergistic Inspiration and served as the Vice President of Operations & Business Development at Bay Mortgage Services, where they oversaw all aspects of the organization and successfully implemented policies to support rapid growth. Throughout their career, Danielle has consistently demonstrated their expertise in leadership development, business strategy, and operational excellence.

Danielle L. Lucido, M.S. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1995 to 1999. Danielle L. then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Leadership at Northeastern University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle has obtained multiple certifications in various fields. In 2008, they completed the Core Essentials Coaching program offered by Coach U, Inc. Danielle L. later acquired certifications in Leading Organizational Change & Transitions from Linkage, Inc. in January 2016, Purposeful Leadership Assessment from Linkage, Inc. in January 2018, and Advancing Women Leaders Assessment from Linkage, Inc. in January 2018. Danielle also obtained certifications in Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index in January 2020 and TypeCoach Influence from TypeCoach, LLC in November 2020. Their most recent certification is as an NRA-NMLRA Certified Pistol Instructor, obtained from the National Rifle Association in August 2021.
