Jenny Platt's work experience begins in 2015 when they started as a Culinary Intern at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts for a 6-month internship contract. Jenny then moved on to Westgate Resorts, where they held another culinary intern position for 6 months. In 2016, they worked as an Insurance Sales Representative at Sun Life for seven months. In 2017, they had two positions: a Culinary and Food and Beverage Services Internship at Red Lion Holdings for 12 months and an Insurance Agent role at Liberty Mutual Insurance for one month. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Business Development Representative at MarketStar. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at Axeon Corporation from June 2021 to February 2022.
