Kevin Conklin has a diverse work experience in the field of leadership development and training. Kevin is currently working as a Client Partner of Strategy Execution and Sales Transformation at FranklinCovey. In this role, they help organizations implement strategies and achieve higher levels of customer and employee loyalty and engagement. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Learning Solutions at Eagle's Flight, where they helped unleash human potential and make organizations more effective through experiential learning programs. Prior to that, they worked at WJM Associates as a Vice President, selling executive coaching to Fortune 500 companies globally. Kevin also co-founded Global Performance Group, where they developed new business opportunities and drove revenue for the company. Kevin has had extensive experience at BayGroup International as a Senior Sales Vice President, assisting premium-priced companies in articulating value and differentiating themselves from the competition. Kevin started their career as an Independent Training Consultant.
Kevin Conklin received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta in 1987. Kevin further pursued their education at Springfield College and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from 1990 to 1992.
