Kory Kogon

Kory Kogon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kory is currently serving as Vice President of Content Development and Best Selling Author at FranklinCovey since April 2022. In this role, they focus on strengthening the capacity of the field teams and driving revenue and renewal within the All Access Pass subscription model. Kory is also a co-author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller "The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity" and has authored other books on project management and presentation skills. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Vice President of Global Field Development and Best Selling Author at FranklinCovey, starting in November 2015. Before joining FranklinCovey, Kory worked at AlphaGraphics, Inc. as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations from March 1994 to September 2005. In this role, they were responsible for strengthening the capacity of franchise owners and staff and overseeing various departments such as IT/technology, training, sales and marketing, and financial management.

Kory Kogon attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 1977 to 1979, where they studied Forensics and Psychology.
