Phillip Ray has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Phillip began their career in 1990 as a Business Development Consultant for Covey Leadership Center, where they successfully gained the Marriott International account. In 1995, they became a Managing Partner at Automotive Direct Marketing, where they developed and built a new direct mail business concept. Phillip then joined Rastar Digital Marketing in 2003 as an Area Director/Team Lead, managing a CRM initiative within automotive dealerships. In 2008, they worked for Industrial Recovery Services, handling asset liquidation for distressed companies. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the VP of Products and Solutions at Datalynx-US. Currently, they are an Enterprise Client Partner/Strategy and Execution Expert at FranklinCovey, where they transform organizations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures.
Phillip Ray attended Brigham Young University from 1989 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Humanities and Business.
