Robert Lean

Robert Lean has held various planning roles at different councils, including their current position as Principal Strategic Planner at Frankston City Council. Robert also has experience as an Emergency Management Support Officer and Planning Assistant at Southern Grampians Shire Council. Robert studied Bachelor of Urban, Rural & Environmental Planning at La Trobe University from 2009-2013.
