Roland Giebels

Roland Giebels has extensive experience in the swine feed industry, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Vikra Futter GmbH since June 2011, overseeing production and sales in eastern Germany. Concurrently, Roland works as an Account Manager and Nutritionist at Fransen Gerrits BV, providing nutritional advice and ration calculations for swine farms in the Netherlands and eastern Germany. Previously, Roland held roles as a Feed Specialist at Hendrix-Illesch, Nutreco, advising large swine farms, and as a Farm Manager at SZA Blumberg GmbH, managing a 1700 sow farm. An early career stint as a Technical Service Manager at Provimi included a traineeship focused on improving feedmill operations in China. Roland holds a Master of Science degree in Animal Nutrition from Wageningen University & Research, completed in 2004.
