Jed Risser

Jed Risser is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and preconstruction management. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator at Fransen Pittman General Contractors since March 2014, Risser previously worked as an Estimator at MAX Construction Inc. from March 2008 to March 2014, where responsibilities included preconstruction planning and budget preparation. Additionally, Risser served as a Superintendent at MAX Construction, managing commercial interior projects in downtown areas. Earlier career experience includes working as a Carpenter at HEPCO Construction from August 2005 to October 2007, focusing on overseeing various trades in ground-up projects. Risser holds an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2005.
