Shelli Lewis

Shelli Lewis, PHR, is a certified Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Fraport USA since February 2009, Shelli has a proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration, along with expertise in fostering employee relations and strategic planning. Shelli previously held the role of Diversity Manager, overseeing compliance with federal regulations related to the Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program. Additionally, Shelli has been a licensed Real Estate Agent at Plum Tree Realty since January 1990 and served as a Human Resources Generalist for the Orange City School District from March 2000 to February 2009. Shelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Studies and has completed studies at Cleveland State University, John Carroll University, and Kent State University.
