Amy Gill-Sidhu

Amy Gill-Sidhu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy most recently served as the Executive Director of Leadership & Talent at Fraser Health Authority, where they began in October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Coast Capital Savings from April 2020 to October 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Amy held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition & Physician Recruitment at Vancouver Coastal Health. In this role, they led the development of a management talent acquisition team and program, provided support to VCH leaders in the recruitment process, and implemented a consistent methodology for identifying and selecting top talent.

Amy started their career at Boyden global executive search in 2007, where they worked as a Principal responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes, providing expertise in recruitment and leadership assessment, and conducting consultations with stakeholders.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, Amy worked as a Consultant at Morneau Sobeco, where they advised clients on benefit plans, organizational development, and HR processes, negotiated with insurance providers, and developed compensation and benefit programs.

In the early stages of their career, Amy worked in advertising and marketing at NUVO Magazine from 2000 to 2003, where they developed marketing plans, sourced sponsorship opportunities, and consulted with clients on advertising concepts.

Amy Gill-Sidhu completed their MBA in Human Resources Management from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Simon Fraser University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Economics. Amy also obtained a certification in CHRP from the BC Human Resources Management Association in 2004.
