Sophia Park

Sophia Park, MD FRCPC MBA has extensive work experience in various roles. Sophia is currently the Spreading Quality Improvement Physician Lead and Medical Biochemist at Fraser Health Authority, where they also serve as the Division Head of Medical Biochemistry at Royal Columbian Hospital. In addition, they are part of the Leadership Team at Equity In Medicine and is a Co-Founder of Physician Innovator. Sophia has also served as a Board Director at Doctors of BC. Sophia is affiliated with The University of British Columbia where they hold the positions of Clinical Associate Professor, Medical Biochemistry Residency Program Director, and Clinical Assistant Professor. Previously, they worked at Vancouver Coastal Health as a Physician Coach, Secretary of the Medical Staff Association, Regional Medical Lead, and Medical Biochemist.

Sophia Park, MD FRCPC MBA has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The University of British Columbia. Sophia also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and completed the Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership (SQIL) Program at Harvard Medical School. Additionally, they have completed a Medical Biochemistry Residency and an Educators Leadership Program at The University of British Columbia.
