Ray H.

Ray H. is currently the Director, Equipment and Yard Operations at Fraser River Pile and Dredge (GP) Inc., where Ray provides leadership to multiple departments and manages the annual budget. Prior to this role, Ray held positions at BC Ferries as the Senior Chief Engineer on MV Malaspina Sky and as the Senior Training Manager. With over 26 years of experience in the Royal Canadian Navy, Ray retired as the Chief Engine Room Artificer after serving in various operational, engineering, and training roles. Ray H. holds a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and an Engineering Charge Certificate from various prestigious institutions.
