Garvin Chow

Garvin Chow is a seasoned professional in talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent, Leadership and Learning at Frasers Property Limited since November 2023. Previously, Garvin held roles including Talent Planning Lead, APAC at Wells Fargo and Head of Talent Engagement & Leadership Development at UOB, significantly contributing to succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
