Erion Elmasllari

Erion Elmasllari is a highly experienced professional in UX and usability research, currently serving as a Senior UX and Usability Researcher at Factorsixty GmbH since September 2019. Simultaneously, Erion is a member of the Board of Experts for the "Fraunhofer Certified Usability Engineer" Certification and an Examiner for the same certification at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, roles held since October 2020 and January 2016, respectively. With extensive experience in applied research at Fraunhofer FIT, where Erion focused on user-centered and UX challenges in various complex fields, the professional has also contributed to academia as a lecturer in User-Centered Technology Design. Early career roles include CTO at Erion Elmasllari Software Engineering, and Head of IT at both Albatros Airways and Tirana International Airport. Erion holds a PhD in Computer Science and a Master's in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University in Bulgaria.
