Yuri Campbell

Yuri Campbell is a seasoned expert in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Deputy PI in the "Data Science for Innovation" group at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since February 2018, where responsibilities include mentoring and developing digital tools for knowledge transfer and innovation. Throughout a diverse career that began as a Junior Researcher Intern in 2007, Yuri has advanced through various roles, including Lead Artificial Intelligence Architect and Research Associate, contributing extensively to modeling knowledge transfer and optimizing human-machine learning systems. Additionally, Yuri is a Lecturer in Data Science and Data Engineering at FOM University, sharing expertise in big data and data science. With a robust educational foundation, including a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Leipzig University, Yuri has also engaged in collaborative research at prestigious institutions such as the Max Planck Institute and Universidade Federal do Paraná.
