Carlos Vincent Chua

Carlos Vincent Chua has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent position was as a Data Analyst at Fraym. Prior to that, they worked as an Economist (Consultant) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where they improved economic risk metrics and developed a legacy database for climate change studies. Before that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Bristol, where they conducted an impact evaluation of social segregation in British schools. Carlos also worked as a Research Consultant at the Asian Development Bank, where they constructed multi-regional input-output databases and contributed to policy recommendations. Carlos Vincent started their career as an Economic Development Specialist at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines, where they institutionalized long-term economic plans and modernized government data systems. Carlos also gained experience as a Graduate Management Trainee at UnionBank of the Philippines, where they expanded the client base and increased employee engagement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Carlos Vincent Chua began their education in 2009 at the University of the Philippines Diliman, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Carlos Vincent completed this program in 2013. Following this, from 2017 to 2018, Carlos pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics & Economic Policy at the University of Bristol.
