Robert Mercado Jr.

Robert Mercado Jr. is an IT specialist with extensive experience in technology instruction and systems installation. Currently serving as an Installer and Instructor at PassTime since January 2018, Robert focuses on educating clients about GPS systems and their practical applications in vehicle tracking. Additionally, as a Software Instructor at Frazer Computing since January 2011, Robert trains retail car dealerships on software compliance with federal, state, and county regulations. Previously, Robert held a position at Go2IT Group from January 2001 to April 2014, where responsibilities included the repair of various hardware, installation of networks, and managing network infrastructure. Robert holds three associate degrees in Information Technology from South Texas College and two bachelor's degrees in the same field from The University of Texas-Pan American.
