David Daniell

David Daniell is a Tax Partner at Frazier & Deeter and provides tax planning and compliance services in various industries, with an emphasis on clients in real estate development, retail, business entrepreneurs and professional services, along with high-net-worth individuals. He has expertise in the special tax issues applicable to partnerships, LLCs and S Corporations.

David also has significant experience in representing businesses and individuals under examination by the IRS. He is able to assist clients in structuring partnership agreements to carry out the economics agreed to by the partners, he has counseled clients through many like-kind exchanges and has assisted clients in understanding and reporting cancellation of indebtedness income.

David joined the firm in 2011 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Faucett Taylor & Associates, where he had served since 1985. He previously worked at a small firm in Alabama from 1978 to 1985.
