Edgar Moore

As a Tax Partner with Frazier & Deeter, Edgar Moore is responsible for providing a wide range of specialized tax services to corporate clients. His expertise includes planning, research and compliance oversight for all business entities, complex ASC 740 and Uncertain Tax Positions projects, AISB 12, international and multi-state analysis and documentation. Additionally, he has consulted on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial controls procedures. 

Edgar’s areas of industry expertise include software development, high-tech/internet, textiles, healthcare, international and domestic distribution and residential and multi-family construction industries. He also has experience working with foreign-based companies investing in the U.S. real estate market. 

Before joining the firm, Edgar spent over 10 years working in core tax services for private and public companies and regional accounting firms. While working in this industry, a portion of his time was spent working directly in Europe with the operating companies and branches of the parent companies. He also spent nearly 15 years concluding as a Senior Tax Manager at one of the Big Four CPA firms.
