Jennifer Ray

As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Jennifer Ray’s responsibilities include the preparation and review of complex individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. She effectively provides comprehensive tax planning, compliance and consulting services to business and individual clients, including projection compilation and tax research projects. Jennifer also has significant experience with ASC 740, FIN 48 and multistate taxation.

In addition to her client service responsibilities, Jennifer has over 15 years with the firm and is responsible for training and assisting staff accountants on tax engagements. Her industry expertise includes technology, real estate and manufacturing companies.
