Robert Soares

Audit Partner Robert Soares joined Frazier & Deeter’s Audit Practice in 2014 as part of the firm’s merger with Kingery & Crouse, PA. Robert specializes in performing attest engagements for privately held businesses and servicing publicly traded companies. His clients’ industries encompass construction, contracting, franchisors, manufacturers, professional services and hospitality.

He has worked in different roles for both large local and regional firms on the West Coast and the southeastern United States. He has performed services as a Partner, as the Partner in Charge of the Audit Department and as the Operations Partner for the Florida region. 

In addition to traditional attestation services, Robert has provided many different services to clients over the course of his career, including due diligence and acquisition assistance, strategic planning for new and growing companies, investigation and calculation of financial fraud and other consulting services.
