Nicci Spjut

Nicci Spjut has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicci currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at FREEZING POINT, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at InfoTrax Systems from 2020 to 2022, including EVP, People & Culture, VP, People & Culture, and Director of HR & Culture. At InfoTrax Systems, Nicci oversaw the HR function, organizational development, and performance strategy.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Planned Parenthood Association of Utah in 2015 and 2016, Nicci supervised, developed, and evaluated the HR organization across 9 locations. Nicci implemented HR metric analysis, retention initiatives, and policy redevelopment.

Earlier in their career, Nicci served as a Community Research Coordinator & Grant Center Director at Weber State University & Ogden United Promise Neighborhood from 2012 to 2015, focusing on conducting research and collecting data to support program development. Nicci was also the Director of Staff Development and Training at Comfort Keepers in 2012 and 2013, managing employee training and relations improvements.

Nicci's career began in 2009 as a Family & Community Service Counselor at Service Corporation International, where they excelled in inside and outside sales of funeral services and products. Nicci also worked as a Branch Manager at Utah Financial from 2006 to 2009.

Nicci Spjut completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Weber State University in 2014. Nicci then pursued a Master's degree in the field of Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
