Nick Spruyt

Nick Spruyt serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at FRC Group since May 2023, utilizing extensive experience in business growth, stakeholder relationship management, and strategic planning to advance the mission of eliminating furniture poverty. Prior to this, Nick had a lengthy tenure at Princes Limited from November 1989 to August 2023, during which significant roles included Senior Executive Projects, Chief Executive Food & Italian Products, Statutory Director & Executive Board Member, Chief Executive Operations, Chief Executive Sales, Managing Director of Princes Soft Drinks, and Managing Director of Princes Foods Manufacturing. Nick's leadership in corporate strategy and management restructuring has been pivotal in driving profitability and operational success across multiple divisions, including overseeing a workforce of 7,000 employees in manufacturing and sales roles. Additionally, Nick's early career included managing a new joint venture in Mauritius, turning around a previously loss-making entity.
