Gloria Lee

Gloria Lee is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at f'real foods since August 2017, Gloria has previously held the position of Sr. Food Scientist at Torani (R. Torre & Co.) from July 2013 to August 2017, and worked as a Food Scientist at Clif Bar from May 2006 to July 2013. Gloria's career began as a Food Scientist at PGP International from June 2002 to April 2006 and at Mattson & Co. as a Sr. Food Technologist from January 1995 to April 2001. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis.
