Diane Do, B.S., is an experienced Engagement Specialist at Fred Finch Youth Center since April 2020, demonstrating expertise in building relationships with social workers and behavioral health providers, managing high volumes of Child Welfare Services cases, and mentoring new hires. Prior to this role, Diane served as an Academic Leader for GEAR UP, where tutoring over 70 students and implementing academic intervention plans showcased a commitment to educational improvement. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego. Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based electronic health record systems, Diane maintains knowledge of HIPAA regulations and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
