Kris Hanson

Kristina Hanson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and information technology. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Management Information Systems at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center since August 2018, Kristina focuses on transforming financial support infrastructure and enhancing user experiences. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Vice President of Information Technology at Inspirus Credit Union from July 2004 to 2018, where efforts were concentrated on developing IT strategies for a $1.2B organization. Kristina's career also includes serving as Systems Manager at Safeco Insurance from 1993 to 2003, leading multidisciplinary teams, and working as a Programmer at The Seattle Times from 1987 to 1994. Kristina holds a BA in Business from Western Washington University, a certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University.
