Jo Steadman currently serves as the Hotel Services and Administration Manager at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, overseeing various operational aspects including Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Spa Operations since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as Hotel Operations & Policy Co-ordinator at West Mersea Yacht Club and General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Jo has also held significant positions such as Director of Events at the Egyptian Embassy in London and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, along with Operations Manager at Church House Conference Centre, and Head of Events at Dali Universe. Initially starting at London Catering Services as Senior Client Liaison Manager, Jo's extensive background in hospitality and event management is supported by education from Chichester College.
