Paul Goodenough

Paul Goodenough is an experienced hotel management professional with a strong background in the cruise industry. Currently serving as Hotel Manager at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since May 2021, Paul previously held the same title at Crystal Cruises from November 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included hands-on management of hotel operations and collaboration with nautical and shoreside teams. Earlier in the career, Paul served as Chief Accountant for Crystal Cruises, implementing accounting procedures and enhancing guest billing processes. Paul has also worked as Events Manager at Six Star Cruises and as Chief Purser for Prestige Cruise Holdings, gaining extensive experience in guest service and hotel operations. Paul's career began with roles in guest relations at Princess Cruises and as Duty Manager at Draycott Hotel. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Education from Northampton College for Higher Education.
