Robyn Faulks has extensive experience in the field of technical solutions and business continuity, currently serving in a Cruise Infrastructure Support role at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since April 2016. Prior to this, Robyn worked at IBM Resiliency Services from April 2003 to June 2015, progressing through various roles including Team Lead and Technical Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included bridging sales and technical teams while designing solutions for business continuity. As a Team Lead for the Work Area Recovery team, Robyn guided team operations and provided expertise to customers and colleagues, building on prior experience as a Desktop Specialist and Test Coordinator focused on disaster recovery services.
