Jeff Allen

Jeff Allen is a Civil Engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. With experience in various roles at NCDOT, Jeff currently holds the position of Vice President-Eastern Division at the Fred Smith Company, where Jeff manages roadway maintenance on North Carolina's toll roads and select maintenance contracts on NCDOT Division 5 freeways. Jeff's previous roles included serving as a Division Freeway Manager, Resident Engineer, County Maintenance Engineer, and Assistant Resident Engineer. Jeff has extensive experience in administering contracts, plans, and specifications for roadway and structure projects.
