Kathryn Loomis is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Freddie Mac since April 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Virtual Ballot Cure Programs on the Voter Protection Team for the Democratic Party of Georgia and as a Voter Protection Associate at the Colorado Democratic Party, both in 2020. Prior to these positions, Kathryn spent several years at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as an Associate and Summer Associate. Additional legal experience includes internships at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut, the Presidential Inaugural Committee, and the U.S. Department of Justice's Environmental Crimes Section. Kathryn began a career in political organizing as a Field Organizer for Obama for America. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Amherst College.
