Lalit Talesara

Lalit Talesara is a seasoned leader in enterprise operations and technology strategy, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Operations and Technology Strategy at Freddie Mac since February 2020. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Lalit previously held positions as Field CTO at Singular Key and Partner - CxO Advisory at Dynamic Solutions Task-Force², where responsibilities included driving practice growth and advising CxOs on IT operations and strategy. Notable roles also include Head of SDET and Technology Performance Engineering Operations at The Hartford, where Lalit transformed an IT shared services organization, and Senior Information Officer at AIG, where Lalit established a global technology operations shared services organization. Other significant contributions include leadership positions at PwC, Premier, KeyCorp, and Progressive Insurance. Lalit holds a Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer from the University of Mumbai and has pursued further education at Cleveland State University and Missouri Southern State University.
