Carla Rodil

Carla Rodil possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos & Entrenamiento at Freddo since March 2007, Carla has rapidly advanced through various roles within the company, including Gerente de Recursos Humanos and Jefe de Recursos Humanos. Prior to Freddo, Carla held the position of Analista Senior de Recursos Humanos at Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 from September 2004 to February 2007, and began a career in human resources as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Burger King from February 2000 to August 2004. Carla's educational background includes a Posgrado en Conducción de Recursos Humanos from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 2017, a degree in Contador Público from UADE (1997-2003), and an Executive Program in Human Capital Management from Universidad de Palermo in 2008.
