Steven Flores

Steven Flores is a highly experienced professional in data analytics and sales leadership, currently serving as Principal and Head of Data Analytics at FW Cook since June 2021. Previously, Steven held the position of Commercial Vice President at Korn Ferry, where leadership of two divisions in the Korn Ferry Digital suite resulted in exceeding sales and revenue targets. At Aon, Steven served as Partner and North American head of sales for the Talent and Rewards practice, consistently achieving over $70M in annual revenue. Steven's career also includes significant roles at Equilar as a top-producing Sales Executive and at ADP as a Major Accounts District Manager. Steven holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
