Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is currently serving as the Interim Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services and Director of Career and Academic Planning Services at Frederick Community College, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Michael was the Director of Recruitment and Admissions at Louisiana Delta Community College from May 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading various recruitment and admissions initiatives. Michael also acted as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management in the same institution, overseeing multiple areas such as Career Services and Financial Aid while implementing a strategic enrollment management plan. Their earlier roles include Coordinator of Athletic Academic Support at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Athletic Academic Counselor at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where Michael supported student-athletes academically. Michael's academic background includes a Master's degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Canisius University and a Bachelor's degree in Adolescent Education & Geology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
