Sandra McCombe Waller

Sandra McCombe Waller is an experienced professional currently holding the position of Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs/ Dean of Health, Business, Technology, and Science at Frederick Community College. Prior to this role, Sandra served as an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
