Shawn R. Peters

Shawn R. Peters is an experienced professional in higher education and institutional effectiveness, currently serving as a Senior Researcher for Institutional Effectiveness at Frederick Community College since November 2024. With a rich background in strategic consulting, data analysis, and modeling as a freelancer since January 2019, Shawn has also held senior roles at CircleIn, including Senior Director of Higher Education Success and Director of Success Strategy from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes strategic planning and data analysis roles at Indiana University Bloomington from 2013 to 2022, and Assistant Director of the Bepko Learning Center at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2009 to 2013.
