Tina Willard

Tina Willard currently serves as the Circulation Director at The Frederick News-Post, a position held since May 2017. In addition, Tina has been with the organization since 2016, initially as the Senior Manager of Membership Services. Earlier experience at The Frederick News-Post includes the role of Customer Service Manager.
