April Held

April Held is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer currently employed at Fredrickson Learning since October 2017, specializing in creating custom, accessible eLearning courses and interactive content. April excels in graphic and information design, producing high-quality visuals, videos, and animations, and possesses strong LMS administration skills, as well as experience writing for global audiences.
