Walt Jones

Walt Jones has extensive experience in usability analysis, instructional design, technical writing, and web design and development, currently serving as a Usability Analyst, Technical Writer, and Instructional Designer at Fredrickson Learning since July 1998. Prior to this role, Walt was a Project Geologist at Sundberg, Carlson and Associates, Inc. from 1993 to 1998. Academically, Walt holds a PhD (ABD) in Rhetoric and Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, an MA in English from Northern Michigan University, and a BA in Geology from the University of Minnesota.
