John Pickerill

John Pickerill is an accomplished attorney specializing in advertising, marketing, and trademark law, currently serving as Chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Trademark Law Group at Fredrikson & Byron since 2011. Additionally, John Pickerill has been a Board Member of the Advertising Federation of Minnesota since 2007 and has held the position of Advertising & Trademark Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. since 2002. With prior experience as an Account Executive at Carmichael Lynch from 1994 to 1999, John Pickerill also holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and earned a degree in Advertising from Iowa State University, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990.
