Sabrina Yao has a diverse range of work experience in the field of art and design. Sabrina started their career as a Senior 3D Character Artist and Concept Artist at Beijing Hua Xiang Software Technology Co., Ltd. Sabrina then progressed to the role of an Intermediate 3D Character Artist at Perfect World Co., Ltd. where they worked for nearly five years.
In 2016, Sabrina ventured into freelancing as a 3D Artist, creating high-poly 3D ship models for Beijing TianShen HuDong Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and low-poly character models for Schrodinger's Box Studios.
Sabrina later worked as a Texture Artist at AAU StudioX, where they created textures for the animation project "Coyote's Place" and revised 3D models and textures when needed.
In 2019, Sabrina joined Wesley T. Wright studio as a Sculpture Assistant, and then transitioned to Free Range Games as an Artist Generalist, where they create models and textures using various software tools and also does concept and card art for games. Overall, Sabrina has gained a strong skill set and valuable experience in the art and design industry.
Sabrina Yao completed their Bachelor's Degree in Game Development & Fine Art Sculpture at the Academy of Art University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the Peking University Founder Technology College from 2004 to 2005, where they completed a Training Course in Animation and Video game production. Sabrina's education history also includes a Junior College Education in Accounting from the Capital University of Economics and Business, which they pursued from 2000 to 2003.
