Hakan Tapucu

Hakan Tapucu has extensive experience in various roles that blend technical expertise with management. Since March 2016, Hakan has served as a writer at Anka Enstitüsü, while also holding the position of Electronics Engineer at the Free Software Foundation since April 2018. Hakan has been involved with Gano Excel International Türkiye in Ankara since November 2015. Prior military experience includes a tenure as a manager and retired Colonel in the Turkish Air Force from 1984 to 2013, where responsibilities included analyzing weapon systems and equipment for user countries. Hakan's academic background includes a degree in Electronics from the Air Force Academy, completed between 1980 and 1984.
