Awah Francisa Mbuli is an experienced advocate for human rights and social justice, currently serving in multiple roles including Leadership Program participant at Vital Voices Global Partnership, Fellow at Ashoka, and Ambassador for Free the Slaves since April 2022. As the CEO and Founder of Survivors' Network (SN), Cameroon since September 2015, Awah established the organization after returning to Cameroon as a survivor of human trafficking. Additional experience includes roles in human resources and cashiering at Kumba Town Cooperative Credit Union and Mondial Bus Traveling Agency, as well as an internship at Locus Analytics in New York City, focusing on economic development and finance. Awah’s educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Multiculturalism from Buskerud University College in Norway.
