Hassen Khalifa

Hassen Khalifa is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and program analysis. Currently, Hassen serves as the CTO and co-founder of Freebees, a loyalty program and geotargeting system for small businesses, professionals, and organizations, since March 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Program Analyst at iCare Health Informatics, where Hassen contributed to the development of the "CommuniCare" care coordination platform as part of a Scrum Development Team. Hassen also completed multiple internships at notable organizations, including OXIA, SunGard, Smart Web, and Sitex, focusing on various technology solutions and application developments. Hassen holds a Master's degree in Informatique from Université du Québec en Outaouais and a Bachelor of Engineering in Génie Informatique from the University of Tunis El Manar.
