William A. Mobley

Mr. Mobley founded the Company in 2011 and has served as their Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of their board of directors since then.

Before founding FreeCast, in 1999, Mr. Mobley formed Nextelligence, Inc., a technology solution and business management expertise provider, of which he is the Chief Executive Officer, a director, and majority shareholder. Additionally, between 1993 and 2008, Mr. Mobley founded and was an officer and director of a number of online business solution companies, including Web2 Corp, Personal Portals Online, and World Commerce Online a NASDAQ public company having reached $28 per share. Mr. Mobley also was the founder and/or director of two major online media companies, including MegaMedia Networks (MegaChannels.com) which was the first company to stream major motion pictures online for Sony, Warner Bros, and Miramax, and ImageCafe.com a pioneer in DIY website builders which was acquired by Network Solutions/Verisign for $25M.

Based on Mr. Mobley’s role as their founder, his position as the chief executive officer, and his executive-level experience in the Internet-based media industry, their board of directors believes that Mr. Mobley has the appropriate set of skills to serve and lead FreeCast, Inc through both its current business models and future innovations.
